March Favorites

Advanced Night Repair Serum / The definition of oldie but goodie! It’s such a classic product. Back in the day, I used to work for Estee Lauder, and this serum used to sell like hotcakes! So many serums today are based on this iconic formulation, so why not get the original?
Hatch Alarm Clock / On Substack, I talk about how I’ve managed my multi-hyphenated life by having an intentional night routine and prioritizing quality sleep for rest. This alarm clock alternative has helped me do both extremely well. My custom Hatch settings are what makes this worth the investment.
Heaven Mayhem Gold Ribbed Earrings / I love a good staple jewelry that I can accessorize up and down any capsule wardrobe. I’ve had these earrings since October 2024, and they have yet to turn.
DND Striking Red Nail Color / Red Nails are my signature look and have been for many years. I have tried every Red nail color under the sun, and this color is the most universal on any skin tone, accessible at any nail salon, and affordable It comes in Gel and Regular Polish.
Saie Beauty Dew Blush Liquid Cream in Spicy / As a deep skin-toned black woman, I can say this blush is perfect for every day. It’s warm, effortless, and gives a natural glow that sets beautifully into the skin.

The Power of Being a Multi-Hyphenate Woman in 2025
I’m on this incredible journey of leaning into being a multi-hyphenate woman in 2025. Gone are the days when we had to choose just one path and stick to it. You can blame it on the economy or the pandemic, but the modern successful woman doesn’t just do or earn from more than one thing. Your diverse interests aren't distractions – they're your strength! When you channel your creativity into multiple ventures, magic happens. Not only do you protect yourself financially (because who doesn't love security?), but you also get to express every unique facet of who you are. Women with multiple income streams are building wealth on their terms. Your desire to explore multiple paths isn't indecisiveness – it's a reflection of your rich, complex nature as a woman who refuses to be boxed in.
The new IT GIRL platform
Substack is the latest social media platform that might stick around for a while! Substack is an online platform where blogging meets email marketing. Writers, journalists, content creators, brand founders, and thought leaders have made their way to this platform to authentically connect with their audience without the noise of an app they have more autonomy over. (Post-TikTok ban there has definitely been a shift in the U.S. Market) It feels like Threads (we aren’t on Twitter/X in this political climate), Pinterest, and a bite-size newsletter where you can share podcasts, small group chats, and even a paid subscription for valuable content for any industry. I have connected with some interesting and like-minded people without all the noise of ads, overconsumption, and fake algorithms of other platforms.
We are still in our Glow Up Era.
We are still in our Era of Refining my Life, where I have been on a Glow Up Journey to build my dream life. I go into more detail about this on my TikTok. I have been navigating life with so much intentionality that I have curated my social media feeds to be inspirational or community-driven. Here are my top 6 girls (and creators) that I have been following that align with the higher self:
Janell Roberts / One of my favorite comfort creators that shows you build the life you want and be soft and experience luxury.
Jaz Turner / In my marketing agency days, I pitched her for an influencer campaign because she has amazing glow-up and lifestyle content and she has a great pivot story.
Akilah Releford Gould / If you want to follow someone who prioritizes her family first and work second, she is for you. Her homemaker and lifestyle content is centered around taking care of her home, running the family winery, and owning a wine company all while being married to a music executive.
Emma Grede / The powerhouse behind SKIMS, Good American, and anything of value the Kardashians touch, she is the most brutally honest entrepreneur on the internet always willing to share tips, resources, and controversial truths about business.
Jodie Taylor / I love a corporate girly that genuinely enjoys putting girls on to unspoken skills and resources to grow in work and your social life.
Les Alfred / When I lived in California, I discovered her podcast called originally Balanced Black Girl (Now called She’s So Lucky). In her journey, she shares about her rebrand and interviewing women who share the same experiences.
